Refund Policy

At Yayasan Maghfirah, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with any payment or donation that has been made, we offer a return and refund policy subject to the terms and conditions below:


You have 10 days of working days (Monday – Friday) from the date of payment made to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must had written to us reason for refund and accompanied by the receipt or proof of payment made.

Please note that project that has been ended or had been received by recipients of the donation are not eligible for refunds.

Please also note that refunds are subject to discretion and negotiation. But as for Korban Ummah campaign, it will not allow customer to make any refund after payment has been processed and order has been submitted.



If you wish to exchange any donations made, you can do so by contacting us at [email protected] within 10 days of the payment date. You must had written to us reason and accompanied by the receipt or proof of payment made.
